Send a Letter to Santa

Send a Letter to Santa This Christmas

Did you ever send a letter to Santa when you were a kid? I did, and I waited with breathless anticipation to see if I got what I had requested of him. I typically got at least one thing from my list, so I was pretty happy with that!

Sending a letter to Santa is a rite of passage, I think. Each kid should have a chance to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. We’ve got everything you need to help your child in their pursuit of mailing their letter. We created a free printable so they can simply fill out the top three things they want from Santa.

Besides writing a letter to Santa, did you know you could mail it and get a response from Santa? Santa gets busy at this time of year, but not so busy that he can’t personally respond to letters from his little friends.

Put your child’s letter in an envelope and writ the following address on it. The most important thing to remember is to legibly write your return address on the envelope. Santa can’t write back if he can’t read your address!

Mail your letter to

Santa Claus
P.O. Box 1
Santa Claus, IN
47579

If you don’t need or want to get a return letter from Santa, or your kids are old enough to know that Santa doesn’t live in Indiana (duh), they can send him an official letter at

Santa Claus
325 S. Santa Claus Lane
North Pole, Alaska 99705

If you are running behind in getting your letter to Santa in time for Christmas, you can always email him! (Did you know Santa was technologically advanced?) Simply go to HERE to send him some mail!

Enjoy this fun activity with your kids; they’ll remember doing this every year!
